"John was very thorough with working with the tenants and making himself available if any problems arise. He made sure to explain everything he was doing and gave a great deal on future preventative measures. He went above and beyond, and was very fair with his services. He even drove across town to get materials for exclusionary work - he clearly cares to make sure the job is well done. I feel very secure with his services with the great warranty he provides. So glad I called John, would highly recommend."

"John was prompt in getting over to my place on the west side of Worcester within hour of me calling him about a wasp problem, after he finished another job. He assessed the situation quickly, provided the services and explained every step, and dealt with the problem effectively and with care. He charged a very affordable rate as well. Highly recommend his services for any pest problems you may have."
